2020-21 Honors – Academic All-Big Ten… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Dean’s List honoree during the fall and spring semesters. 2020-21 – Swam an NCAA “B” qualifying time and led the team in the 200 fly, swimming a career-best 1:46.62 at Big Ten Championships to place 18th… also swam career bests in 100 free (44.81) and 100 fly (48.52), both coming at Big Tens… ranked third on team in 100 free… had a season-best time of 1:40.51 in 200 free.
2019-20 Honors — Academic All-Big Ten selection… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Dean’s List for fall and spring semesters. 2019-20 — Swam collegiate-bests in the 50 free (20.90) and 100 fly (50.16)… had season-best times of 46.72 (100 free), 1:37.86 (200 free), 4:37.68 (500 free), and 1:49.96 (200 fly).
2018-19 – School record holder as part of the 800-free relay… ranked second on the team in the 200 free (1:37.12), second in the 200 fly (1:48.92), and fourth in the 500 free (4:29.29)… posted three times at the Big Ten Championships, while also swimming best times in the 100 free at the Hawkeye Invitational (45.34) and in the 50 free (21.29) against Western Illinois… placed sixth as part of the 800 free relay that finished with a school-record time of 6:23.07 at the 2019 Big Ten Championships.
High School — Four-time Missouri River Conference first-team selection… three-time IHS Swim Coaches first-team all-state… 2018 Johnston District Swimmer of the Year… four-time Team MVP… 2018 Greater Omaha Sports Committee Scholar Athlete… 2018 Des Moines Register Sports Awards finalist, NISCAA Automatic All-American in the 200 free and consideration for All-America honors in the 100 free… 2018 Des Moines first-team all-elite… finished first in the 100 free at Iowa High School State Championships in 2018 (45.61) and was first in the 200 free (1:39.11)… placed second in the 500 free at the 2017 Iowa High School State Championships (4:33.31)… holds school records in the 100 and 200 free… three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American… three-time Midwestern Local Swimming Committee Swimmer of the Year.
