2024 — Indoor – B1G Championship runner-up in weight throw, posting a school-record 73-1 1/4 (22.28m)… he is only the second Hawkeye in school history to throw over 70 feet in the weight throw event… placed second in weight throw at Larry Wieczorek Invite (71-7 1/2, 21.83m)… won weight throw with a facility record-setting throw of 71-0 3/4 (21.66m) at Jimmy Grant Invite, earning Big Ten Men’s Field Event Athlete of the Week honors… placed second in weight throw at Iowa Open (70-0 1/4, 21.34m)… Outdoor – won hammer throw with a collegiate-best 222-4 (67.78m) at Musco Twilight.. that mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed sixth in hammer throw at B1G Championships (214-3, 65.31m) and 22nd at NCAA West Preliminary (209-3, 63.78m)… letterwinner.

2023 — Indoor – did not compete.. Outdoor – placed eighth in hammer throw with a team-leading 205-8 (62.69m) at B1G Championships… letterwinner.

2022 — Indoor – placed second in weight throw with a season-best 67-3 1/4 (20.50m) at Alex Wilson Invite… Outdoor – placed sixth in hammer throw at USATF U-20 Championships (211-0, 64.32m)… letterwinner.


High School — four-time state medalist in track and field… state runner-up in weight throw as a sophomore, and placed sixth in discus… placed third indoors in weight throw and sixth in shot put as a junior… four-time conference champion and six-time sectional champion… USATF Junior Olympics runner-up in hammer throw sophomore year… placed third as a senior at Indoor Nationals in the weight throw… coached by Matthew Carpenter and Jennifer Forsey… also played basketball and baseball… National Honor Society and Spanish Honors Society student… vice president of Future Business Leaders of America.
