2016 — Track – redshirted… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight (5:02.61) and Jim Duncan Invite (5:04.17) while competing unattached… Cross Country – ran collegiate bests in 3,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (11:46.9) and 6,000 meters at Bradley Classic (24:43.0).
2015 — Cross Country – did not compete.
High School — seven-time state qualifier across five events in track and field… ran a leg of her school record-setting 1,600-meter relay that placed second and fourth at the state meet her sophomore and junior year… team captain and named team MVP of cross country senior year… member of the National Honor Society.
Personal — born June 23, 1997… daughter of Josh Sears and Rachel Deboer… has a younger sister, Jaden… pre-health and human physiology major.
