Iowa’s annual battle with the Minnesota Golden Gophers will kick off of shortly after 11 a.m. Iowa time inside Kinnick Stadium on Nov. 15. The game will be televised live by ESPN2.

The Hawkeyes will entertain the Gophers on Fan Appreciation Day. It will also mark the last home game for the 2003 Iowa senior class, a unit that will has already earned its third appearance in a post-season bowl game.

Iowa and Minnesota will square off at 11 a.m. Iowa time inside historic Kinnick Stadium in this year’s battle for Floyd of Rosedale on Nov. 15.

The game will also be Iowa’s 11th straight appearance on television in 2003. Iowa will likely make it a perfect 12-for-12 on television when it travels to Wisconsin for the 2003 regular season finale on Nov. 22.

A limited number of tickets are still available for this year’s battle for Floyd of Rosedale, the bronzed pig awarded to the winner of the annual football game between Iowa and Minnesota. The game’s outcome will also undoubtedly impact the 2003-04 bowl game schedule for Big Ten teams as both teams are currently ranked among the nation’s Top 25 and still eyeing this year’s league championship.

Iowa travels to West Lafayette, IN, this Saturday for a date with nationally ranked Purdue. The game is not sold out; a limited number of tickets are available. The game will be televised live by ESPN beginning at 2:30 p.m. Iowa time.
