Tampa Bay and the Outback Bowl…another of the Big Ten Conference’s bowl partners that has yet to have the pleasure of entertaining 30,000-plus fans of the Hawkeyes. The Outback Bowl is the first of Big Ten games played on New Year’s Day and, like the Capital One Bowl, it pits a team from the Southeastern Conference against a team from the Big Ten.
