Klami Wins Three-Meter at NCAA Qualifier

Junior diver Timo Klami of the University of Iowa men’s diving team won the three-meter at the Zone C Diving Championships Friday afternoon.

Klami finished with a score of 576.00 to place first in the competition, over 40 points ahead of the runner-up. His win automatically qualifies him for the NCAA Championships.

Klami will continue competition tomorrow, Saturday March 13 in the one-meter event. Diving competition is scheduled for a noon start.
