The University of Iowa women’s basketball team will hold its annual banquet Friday, April 16, at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Center in Coralville.
The banquet, which will celebrate the success of the 2003-04 women’s basketball team, begins with a social at 6:30 p.m. The dinner and program are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $25. Due to limited seating and the popularity of the banquet, reservations will be accepted in the order by which they are received. To reserve tickets, contact the University of Iowa Sports Marketing Department at (319) 335-9431. Tickets will not be mailed and reservations will not be taken at the door.
Iowa’s overall record was 16-13 and finished fourth in the Big Ten with a 10-6 mark. The Hawkeyes competed in their third NCAA Tournament under fourth-year Head Coach Lisa Bluder.
