The University of Iowa men’s golf team shot a two-round total of 613 to put them in 17th place after day one of the Boilermaker Invitational. Purdue is leading with a 562 total.
Leading the way for the Hawkeyes is senior Erik Feldick. Feldick shot 74-73=147 and is currently tied for 30th. Cade Pleggenkuhle shot 74-76=150 to put himself tied for 50th. Todd Larson tied his season low with a 74 in the first round. Larson finished the day tied for tied for 58th. Andy Tiedt shot a 165 and is in 88th. Robby Storm finished with a 166 and a tie for 89th.
Sunday’s final round will start at 7 a.m.
