ANN ARBOR, MI — The Iowa Men’s Golf team finished the first day of competition at the Wolverine Invitational in fifth place. They finished the first two rounds at the par 71 U-M Golf Course shooting two-over-par as a team and carding a two round score of 570.
Cole Peevler (-5, T4th) led Iowa individually finishing the day with a score of five-under-par which puts him in a tie for fourth place. Todd Larson (+1, T24th), Jon Feldick (+4, T42), Andy Tiedt (+5, T45) and Luke Miller (+7, T62nd) also competed for the Hawkeyes.
Iowa will play the final round of the Wolverine Invitational tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.
