Fans of the Hawkeyes who won’t be at historic Kinnick Stadium Saturday for this year’s Homecoming game against the Fighting Illini of Illinois or in front of their television set watching live coverage of the event provided by ESPN Plus have another option: ESPN360.
The Hawkeyes search for win No. 21 at home in a row will be available live for on the world wide web at the home of ESPN360, a customizable Portal that any user can use to watch the game live through their computers and switch back and forth to enjoy action from other games being produced by ESPN for broadcast on ESPN360.
ESPN360 is offered nationwide to all high-speed internet providers and also offered to the college campuses for games involving their schools – tommorrow’s game will be available to student and staff on the University of Iowa campus. In addition to the live coverage of Iowa’s 2005 Homecoming game, ESPN360 will offer access to highlights, inside analysis from ESPN commentators and extended SportsCenter interviews related to all the college football games played Saturday.
The Iowa-Illinois game will feature the play-by-play call of Wayne Larrivee, Kelly Stouffer and Anne Marie Anderson.
ESPN360 will also provide coverage of the Connecticut-Army game.
