Again this spring members of the staff of the nationally ranked University of Iowa football team will conduct instructional “mini-clinics” for interested coaches across the state of Iowa. Two of these annual events have been scheduled.
The first will be staged in at the Holiday Inn on Merle Hay Road in Des Moines on Apr. 26. The second will be conducted at the Holiday Inn on Gordon Drive in Sioux City on May 3.
The itinerary for each event includes registration at 6 p.m., coaches lectures beginning at 6:30 p.m., and break-out sessions with staff at 9 p.m. Coaches can register at the door. Reservations for rooms at the respective hotel should be made in advance.
As always, the UI will also stage several other clinics and camps this spring and summer on campus including the 2006 Iowa Football Coaches Clinic in late March. For information about those activities, click HERE.
