Team Schedules Available for Microsoft Outlook

IOWA CITY — Fans of the Iowa Hawkeyes with Microsoft Outlook on their home and work computers can now download and install home and away schedules of their favorite University of Iowa teams onto the calendar.

Please note: Team schedules are subject to change and many change often during the course of an academic year. Changes to team schedules will be reflected on each sport’s schedule here inside hawkeyesports.com, the official world wide web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes. However, to update the team schedule inside your Microsoft Outlook calendar you must download the updated team schedule.

To download the schedule you want to add to your calendar inside Microsoft Outlook, simply click on the link below and choose the “Save” option. Where you save it is your decision, but you’ll need to identify that location later in the process. We suggest you save the schedule file to your desktop.

After successfully downloading the file, open Outlook and follow these steps for importing the schedule into your calendar:

In Outlook, select “Import and Export” menu option under “File” and click “Next”
Select “Import from Another Program or File” and click “Next”
Select “Comma Separated Values (Windows)” and click “Next”
Select “Browse” and locate the desired CVS file and click “OK”
Select “Do not import duplicate items” and click “Next”
Select “Calendar” and click “Next”
The next window will have a title which reads, “The following actions will be performed.” Click “Finish”

Additional 2007-08 schedules will be added to the list below in the coming days. And — an important reminder — all schedules are subject to change and some change more often than others. The most current team schedule is always available on the schedule page for each sport inside hawkeyesports.com, the official world wide web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
