IOWA CITY, Iowa – Don’t have tickets for the Iowa-Iowa State game next week? Here’s an option: Consider bidding on four tickets to the indoor club area of the Paul W. Brechler Press Box at historic Kinnick Stadium.
That’s just one of a handful of items now available on the official online auction site at hawkeyesports.com, the official world wide web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
There, fans of the game of golf will also notice a long list of opportunities to help support disaster relief across the state of Iowa by bidding on items that are available for the next two weeks as part of next Friday’s (Sept. 12) Zach Johnson Disaster Golf Challenge.
One winning bidder will travel to Tampa, Florida for a two-day, 18-hole visit to Old Memorial Golf Club hosted by UI Director of Athletics Gary Barta and Pat Baird, president and chief executive officer of AEGON USA, a long-time friend of both the University of Iowa and 2007 Masters champion Zach Johnson.

That package also includes indoor club seats at Kinnick for the winner and three guests.
There’s also packages that include memorabilia like a Ryder Cup and a President Cup pin flag autographed by all members of the respective team including professional golf’s current No. 1 player, Tiger Woods, and professional golf icon Jack Nicklaus.
100 percent of the proceeds from all items associated with the Zach Johnson Disaster Relief Challenge will be donated to the 2008 Disaster Relief fund and are 100 percent tax deductible.
