IOWA CITY, Iowa — Seven Big Ten Conference football teams will be rewarded for a season’s worth of hard work and dedication Sunday by being offered trips to bowl games. Big Ten Network host Dave Revsine and analysts Gerry DiNardo and Howard Griffith will break down where each team is headed and how they match up with their opponents during the Big Ten Tonight: Bowl Selection Special at 8 p.m. (Iowa time) on Dec. 7.

Who will Penn State face in the Rose Bowl? Will the Buckeyes be a Bowl Championship Series (BCS) at-large selection? Where will Iowa, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern and Wisconsin travel for the holidays? The possible Big Ten destinations include Miami, Pasadena, Calif., Glendale, Ariz., New Orleans, Tampa, Orlando, San Antonio, Tempe, Ariz., and Detroit.

Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delany will join the crew in studio to discuss the BCS.

The Hawkeyes finished the regular season 8-4 overall (5-3 in the Big Ten) and will make their seventh bowl trip in head coach Kirk Ferentz’s 10 seasons.
