In last year’s program, you said people didn’t know you were Caribbean. What was it like to go to the Virgin Islands to play earlier this season?
“It was amazing. It felt like home. I got to eat Caribbean food that I have been craving for a while now.”

What’s been the biggest transition you have made from being a freshman to a sophomore?
“Mentally, I am a lot stronger now. Considering everything that I went through last year it has prepared me for the worst and I have become a better person because of it.”

Where is the toughest place you have ever played basketball?
“I would say going to Lawrence to play Kansas earlier this year. There were about 4,000-plus kids there and they were all screaming like crazy.”

If you could guest star on one show, what would it be?
“Deal or no Deal.”

What is your dream job?
“A Division I women’s basketball coach.”

What do you do when you aren’t playing basketball?
“Homework, resting my legs, hanging out with friends.”

If you could go to dinner with three other people, who would you choose?
“Vivian Stringer, Chris Brown and Kat Williams.”

What’s on your iPod right now?
“Mostly R&B, but I did just put on our song for this year, Let it Rock by Kevin Rudolf.”

How would you describe yourself on the court? Off the court?
“I am very aggressive on the court; I like to say that I do the dirty work. Off the court, I am very outgoing and sociable. I love to meet new people.”

You like to sing. If you were on American Idol, what song would you choose to sing in front of the world?
“I Miss You by Aaliyah.”

What is your most embarrassing moment?
“Well, we were stuck in Chicago on our way back from the Virgin Islands and we decided that we would play some indoor softball. I was up to bat and I was looking to hit a home run until I tried to move so the ball would not hit me and… well, see that’s why it’s an embarrassing moment and this one stays within the team!”
