IOWA CITY, Iowa — It isn’t even the middle of June, but there is already a feeling of football buzzing around Iowa City and more specifically, Kinnick Stadium.
The final touches have been applied to the new playing surface and a few rookie student-athletes showed up early to get a behind-the-scenes view of their future Saturday `home away from home.’ View the photo gallery to see which Hawkeye football freshmen are lending a hand to the Kinnick Stadium staff before practices begin.
