Dec. 18, 2009

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The Hawkeye Sports Radio Network and Live Sports Radio (LSR) are pleased to announce that the same Tigerhawk-branded Live Sports Radios that provided fans of the Hawkeyes access to the Hawkeye Radio Network’s live without delay broadcast of regular season games will be operational at the 2010 FedEx Orange Bowl game on Jan. 5 in Miami.

Live Sports Radio is the only way to listen to the Hawkeye Radio Network live, with no delay, while attending the game against Georgia Tech. These radios will not be available for sale inside Land Shark Stadium, but you can purchase them by clicking HERE for only $10 plus shipping and handling.

There is no subscription fee or any other ongoing cost – University of Iowa LSR’s can be used as normal FM radios after the game, and are yours to keep. In addition, these radios will enable fans to receive the Iowa men’s basketball broadcast inside the Carver-Hawkeye Arena for every home game of Coach Todd Lickliter’s squad.

If you have already purchased a Live Sports Radio, you will find the Hawkeye Radio Network’s broadcast of the 2010 FedEx Orange Bowl on channel E4.
