Alexander did most of her damage at the free throw line, setting school and Carver-Hawkeye Arena records for free throws made (17) and attempted (20). The 17 made free throws were also the most by a single player in a Big Ten game. She also wrestled away two important defensive rebounds in the final 1:30, with Iowa leading by five and seven points, respectively.
This is the second time this season, and the fourth time in her career, Alexander has been tabbed Big Ten Player of the Week. She was honored by the conference after the first week of the season.

Printy led the Hawkeye charge in the second half, scoring 20 of her 28 points in the final 20 minutes. She scored 14-straight points for Iowa between the 10:41 and 4:05 mark in the half. With Iowa leading by just one point with 20 seconds left, Printy nailed a runner in the lane as the shot clock expired to put the Hawkeyes up three points.
