IOWA CITY, Iowa — The Official Iowa Football Game Day Blog will be live in Ann Arbor, Mich., this weekend for Iowa’s game at Michigan.
This year’s blog includes numerous new features, including prize giveaways every week. Any fan who signs up for a blog e-mail reminder will automatically be registered to win that week’s prize.
This week, fans can register to win men’s basketball, women’s basketball and wrestling season tickets! The season tickets will be given separately to three lucky fans.
Fans who sign up for an e-mail reminder will also be added to the upcoming “Hawk Talk Daily” e-newsletter list. “Hawk Talk Daily” will be the new official daily e-newsletter from the UI Athletic Department.

Another new feature for 2010 is a pregame chat with Rob Brooks, sideline reporter for the Hawkeye Radio Network. Rob will be live on the Iowa sideline at approximately 2 p.m. (CT) to answer a few questions from Hawkeye fans.
More new features include pregame videos and in-game photos.
During the game, staff of the Iowa Sports Information Office will be manning the Official Iowa Football Game Day Blog from the press box to provide up-to-the-minute play-by-play, notes and stats about the game. Fans have the opportunity to voice their opinion by submitting questions and comments and answer polls.
A reminder, due to the volume of entries, not everyone’s questions or comments can be posted.
