Iowa at Indiana will have Early Start Time

IOWA CITY, Iowa – – The University of Iowa’s football contest Saturday, Nov. 6 at Indiana will kick off at 11 a.m. CT from Bloomington, Ind. The contest will be televised by the Big Ten Network. The announcement came Sunday from the Big Ten Conference office.

Iowa (6-2, 3-1) will be playing the first of two straight road games after back-to-back home games the last two weekends. Iowa, ranked 15/16 this week in the Associated Press and USA Today coaches’ polls, respectively, will be appearing on the Big Ten Network for the third time this season.

Iowa defeated non-conference foes Eastern Illinois and Ball State on the Big Ten Network. Iowa’s November schedule includes Saturday’s contest at Indiana, a Nov. 13 date at Northwestern and the final home game of the season Nov. 20 vs. Ohio State. Iowa closes the regular season Nov. 27 at Minnesota.

The Hawkeyes, with a 37-6 win over fifth-ranked Michigan State, are bowl eligible for the 10th straight season under Coach Kirk Ferentz.

Other league games at 11 a.m. CT Saturday include Illinois at Michigan (ESPN), Minnesota at Michigan State (BTN) and Wisconsin at Purdue (BTN). The Northwestern at Penn State contest has a 2:30 p.m. CT start time on ABC/ESPN.
