IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa head football coach Kirk Ferentz will talk about this week’s match-up against Northern Iowa on Tuesday afternoon.
The visit with local, regional and national media assembled in the Player’s Auditorium in the Hayden Fry Football Complex begins at 12:30 p.m. (CT) and will be available live from start to finish on Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media portal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official World Wide Web of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Hawkeyes will square off against the Panthers at 2:42 p.m. (CT) Saturday inside Kinnick Stadium. The game will be televised live on the BTN.
Both teams enter the weekend with 1-1 records. Iowa dropped a 9-6 decision to Iowa State last Saturday in an Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series matchup inside Kinnick Stadium, while Northern Iowa picked up its first victory, downing Central State (Ohio), 59-0, in Cedar Falls. The Panthers fell in their season-opener at Wisconsin, 26-21.
