IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa football team returns to historic Kinnick Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 5, for the UI’s annual Homecoming game against Michigan State. Game time is set for 11 a.m.
The game with the Spartans is also the Hawkeyes’ annual Black and Gold Spirit Game. Fans are encouraged to show their support for the Hawkeyes by wearing gold if they sit in an even numbered section of Kinnick, or black if they sit in an odd numbered section of Kinnick or in the UI student section.
Here’s a map of Kinnick to use for reference. Also, a limited number of tickets are available for the Iowa-Michigan State game. Fans can purchase theirs online by clicking HERE.
Tickets can also be purchased in-person at UI Athletics Ticket Office in Carver-Hawkeye Arena or by dialing 1-800 IA-HAWKS after 8 a.m. on Monday.
Tickets are also available for Iowa’s home games with Northwestern, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
