IOWA CITY, IOWA — The University of Iowa men’s and women’s swimming and diving team will kick off its long course season Saturday, hosting its annual Long Course Intrasquad Meet. All swimmers will swim the 50 free, with the top eight advancing onto the next round. Swimmers will be eliminated until there are only two swimmers left. The final two will compete for the top spot.
