Iowa Notes:

Iowa moves to 17-0 at home this season.

The Hawkeyes advance to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament for the third-straight year. Iowa entered this year’s NCAA Tournament as 1-of-21 teams to advance to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament in each of the previous two seasons.

Iowa is 11-6 in NCAA Tournament First Round games. Iowa defeated Miami two years ago in the First Round in Iowa City, and downed Marist last year.

All five Iowa starters scored in double figures: Disterhoft (18), Jennings (16), Dixon (15), Logic (14), Doolittle (10).

American Notes:

American junior Ari Booth set new career highs in both points (17) and three-point field goals made (5),

Senior Jen Dumiak became the first player in program history to record 200 assists in a single season.

Dumiak finished her career ranked second in career assists (478) and fourth in career points (1,399); she also finished just one rebound shy of 500 for her career.
