IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa head football coach Kirk Ferentz will meet with media Tuesday at 1:15 p.m. (CT) in the All-American Room in the Stew and LeNore Hansen Football Performance Center to discuss Saturday’s Big Ten Conference battle against Minnesota.
The briefing with local, regional and national media will be available live from start to finish on Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media portal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official worldwide website of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
The eighth-ranked Hawkeyes are off to a 9-0 start and are in search of their third victory this season in traveling trophy games. Iowa leads the Big Ten Conference with 13 interceptions and is tied with Michigan State in turnover margin (plus-11).
Minnesota is 4-5 overall, 1-4 in the Big Ten. In its last two games, the Golden Gophers lost by three points to No. 15 Michigan (29-26) and by 14 points at No. 1 Ohio State (28-14).
