IOWA CITY, Iowa — Hawkeye fans attending the University of Iowa women’s basketball game against Drake on Tuesday, Dec. 22 should take note of the following parking adjustments. These alterations have been made to accommodate fans arriving prior to the end of the work day for university staff.
For this game only, please follow the instructions below:
1) Contributors with WB46 parking passes will be able to park in Lot 46, as usual.
2) Contributors with WB40 parking passes will be redirected from Lot 40 to Lot 75, across Hawkins Drive from Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
3) Fans needing ADA parking will be able to park in Lot 40, as usual. However, the only entry will be from Dental Drive, as the south entrance off Hawkins Drive will not be open.
4) The surface lots near Carver-Hawkeye Arena that normally offer free public parking (Lots 33, 75 and 43N) will not be available.
Options for public parking include:
1) Free: Lot 65 (after 4:00 pm), Lot 43W (after 4:00 pm)
2) Hourly rate: Newton Road Ramp, Hospital Ramp 3, Hospital Ramp 4
