IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa head women’s basketball coach Lisa Bluder will meet with media at 1:30 p.m. (CT) Friday to preview Saturday’s home game against Minnesota.
The Hawkeyes are 12-7 overall, 3-3 in the Big Ten Conference; Minnesota is 11-8, 2-4. It is the only regular-season meeting of the season between Iowa and the Gophers. Both teams are coming off victories: the Hawkeyes won at Rutgers, 71-59, on Jan. 17 and Minnesota defeated Illinois at home, 78-50, on Jan. 18.
The briefing with local, regional, and national media will be held in the Media Room inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena, and be available live from start to finish on Hawkeye All-Access, the multimedia portal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official worldwide website of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
