IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa senior linebacker Josey Jewell was selected as a candidate for the 2017 Senior CLASS Award for his excellence in four areas: community, classroom, character, and competition, announced today.
The Senior CLASS (Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School) Award selected 30 senior student-athletes that, in addition to their successes on the field, have made a positive impact in and around their communities.
