Doyle Invited to U.S. Pan American Games Team Trials

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – University of Iowa junior Kathleen Doyle has accepted an invitation to participate at the 2019 U.S. Pan American Games Women’s Basketball Team Trials.
 
Thirty-six student-athletes will attend the trials from May 16-20 at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The 12-member team will compete at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, from Aug. 6-10.
 
Doyle averaged 12.0 points and 3.0 rebounds to help the Hawkeyes make their first Elite Eight appearance since 1993. The first-team All-Big Ten selection averaged a team-best 5.9 assists per game – a mark that led the Big Ten and ranked 15th nationally.
