IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa head football coach Kirk Ferentz will hold a news conference Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. (CT) inside the All-American Room of the Stew and LeNore Hansen Football Performance Center to preview Saturday’s season-opener against Miami (Ohio).
 
The briefing with local, regional, and national media will be available live from start to finish on Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media portal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official worldwide website of the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Saturday’s game will kickoff at 6:30 p.m. (CT) inside Kinnick Stadium and the game will be televised on FS1.  The Hawkeyes are ranked 19th in the USA Today Coaches’ poll and 20th by The Associated Press after winning nine games in 2018.  The Redhawks went 6-6 last season, but closed out the year on a three-game winning streak.
