Iowa Men Ranked 19th in CSCAA/TYR Preseason Poll

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa men’s swimming and diving team is ranked 19th in the College Swimming Coaches Association of America/TYR preseason poll, it was announced Monday by the CSCAA.
 

The Hawkeyes have 83 points and are one of five Big Ten Conference teams in the rankings. 
 
Both the men’s and women’s teams are among CollegeSwimming.com’s dual meet rankings based on early-season performances. The Hawkeye men are 14th with 695.60 points, while the Iowa women are 28th with 679.95 points.
 
Iowa returns to action Oct. 26, hosting Minnesota at 11 a.m. (CT) at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center.  Admission is free.
