IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa women’s swimming and diving team will host two duals at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center during the 2021-22 season, it was announced Wednesday by head coach Nathan Mundt.
“We are excited to get the season underway at home on Oct. 1,” said Mundt. “We look forward to competing against quality opponents throughout the season.”
The Hawkeyes open the season with back-to-back home dates, hosting Northern Iowa on Oct. 1 and Big Ten foe Minnesota on Oct. 8.
SCHEDULE NOTES
– Iowa will travel to the Sunshine State for the Miami Invitational on Nov. 18-20 and the Hawkeye divers will compete in the Georgia Tech Diving Invitational in Atlanta during the same weekend.
– The Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series matchup against Iowa State will take place in Ames on Dec. 10.
– The Hawkeyes will travel to Madison, Wisconsin, for the 2022 Big Ten Championships from Feb. 16-19, the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships will take place on March 5-9, while the NCAA Championships will be held in Atlanta from March 16-19.
