2022 — Indoor – ran season bests in in 600 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:31.47), 800 meters at B1G Championships (2:08.38), and 1,000 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (2:52.51)… the 800-meter mark is a collegiate-best that ranks seventh all-time at Iowa.

2021 — Indoor – ran season bests in 600 meters at Husker Quad (1:33.37), 800 meters at B1G Championships (2:09.89), and mile at Husker Triangular (5:14.04)… Outdoor – did not compete… Dean’s List student (Fall 2020, Spring 2021)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner… Cross Country – ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:50.6), 5,000 meters at Dirksen-Greeno Invite (18:29.9) and 6,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (22:55.0)… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Fall 2021)… letterwinner.

High School — won state titles in 800 meters (2:11.43) and as part of 3,200-meter relay (9:13.85) junior year… eight-time conference champion in track… cross country conference champion as a senior, setting a meet record… three-time conference cross country runner-up… placed ninth at state meet as a senior, running a school record 18:46… four-time all-conference and all-district and state qualifier in cross country, earning all-state honors senior year… 10-time all-state and Drake Relays qualifier, and three-time all-conference and all-district in track… set school records in 400 (56.97) and 800 meters (2:10.23), and as part of 1,600-meter (3:58.74), 3,200-meter (9:13.85), sprint medley (1:50.71) and distance medley relays… coached by Jim Schlarbaum, Kristen Mitchell and Joss Teed… three-year letterwinner in basketball, earning all-conference honors… also participated in synchronized swimming… graduated class valedictorian… National Honor Society member.
