2023 — Indoor – ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed sixth at B1G Championships (9:42.27)… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed fourth in 800 meters with a collegiate-best 1:51.91 at Meyo Invite… ran collegiate-best 600 meters at Meyo Invite (1:19.61).
High School – 800-meter state champion as a senior in 2022… three-time conference champion in 800 meters and conference champion in 1,600 meters senior season… team MVP in cross country junior season and team MVP in track senior season… earned All-State and All-America honors (4th in 800 meters at New Balance Outdoor Nationals in 1:51.14) as a senior… set school records in indoor 800 meters (1:56.21) and outdoor 800 meters (1:52.64) as well as the 1,600 meters indoors (4:21.63)… Illinois State Scholar in 2022.
