2022 — Indoor – posted season bests in 60-meter hurdles (8.63) at Jimmy Grant Invite, high jump (6-2 3/4, 1.90m) at Jimmy Grant Invite and Larry Wieczorek Invite, and long jump at Hawkeye Invite (20-7 3/4, 6.29m) while competing unattached… Outdoor – ran 400-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight (57.82) while competing unattached.
High School — three-year letterwinner in track at Cedar Rapids Kennedy… two-time Drake Relays Champion as a member of the shuttle-hurdle relay team… member of fourth place shuttle hurdle relay at state meet as a sophomore and runner-up as a senior… placed sixth in the high jump (6’5″) at state senior year… member of school-record shuttle hurdle team (57.83)… second team elite all-state as a sophomore and first team as a senior… coached by Curtiss Pakkabeier (CR Kennedy)… also played football; team captain and four-time academic all-state selection… was a member of FCA and student government and graduated with salutatorian honors.
