2019 — Track – did not compete.

2018 — Indoor – placed seventh in pentathlon at B1G Championships (3825 points)… won high jump (1.75m) and 800 meters (2:14.42) as part of B1G Championships pentathlon… placed second in high jump (1.73m) and 3rd in 800 meters (2:15.21) at Nittany Lion Challenge… won 800 meters (2:14.46) and high jump (1.73m), and placed second in pentathlon (3,853 points) at Penn State National… won 800 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (2:14.19)… placed second in high jump (1.73m) and ran 1:33.15 in 600 meters at Spire NCAA D-1 Indoor Track & Field Classic… Outdoor – NCAA East Regional Qualifier… placed fifth in high jump at NCAA East Preliminary (1.80m)… placed seventh in heptathlon at B1G Championships (5,133 points)… won high jump (1.81m) and placed second in 800 meters (2:16.99) as part of B1G Championships heptathlon… won high jump (1.77m) and placed third in 400-meter hurdles (1:03.76) at Maryland Invite… won five events at USF Bulls Invite (heptathlon-5,136 points, high jump-1.75m, shot put-10.82m, javelin-37.93m, 800 meters-2:16.20)… placed fourth in heptathlon at Virginia Challenge (5,180 points)… won javelin at Kehoe Twilight Meet (34.99m).

2017 — Indoor – placed third in pentathlon at B1G Championships (3945 points)… won shot put (12.95m) and 800 meters (2:11.07) as part of B1G pentathlon… had top 15 finishes in 600 meters (1:33.49), high jump (1.63m), and as part of 1,600-meter relay (3:49.01) at NCAA Championships… placed third in pentathlon at Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (4025 points), winning the shot put (13.57m) and 800 meters (2:13.53)… Outdoor – placed fourth in heptathlon at B1G Championships (5307 points), winning 800 meters (2:11.43)… placed third in heptathlon at the Virginia Challenge (5229 points), winning the 800 meters (2:13.63)… placed sixth in javelin (34.65m), fourth in 100-meter hurdles (15.25), third in shot put (12.50m), and ran on winning 1,600-meter relay (3:47.96) at Maryland Invite.

High School — two-time New Balance Nationals Pentathlon Champion… six-time New Balance All-American… nine-time OFSSA Medalist… two-time Ontario Jumper of the Year and Multi-Eventer of the Year…set records in Youth Provincial Pentathlon, Youth Provincial Heptathlon, Junior Provincial Heptathlon and the Junior Provincial Pentathlon… four-year honor roll student.
