2010 — Indoor – ran a collegiate-best 60-meter hurdles at the Iowa Open, placing second at 9.02… ran collegiate-best 60 meters at Husker Invite (8.31)… placed third in the 60-meter hurdles at Jack Johnson Invite (9.04) and the Iowa Invite (9.19)… Outdoor – ran a collegiate-best 100-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight XI, placing third at 14.45… ran a collegiate-best 200-meters at the CCU Shamrock Invite (27.35)… ran a collegiate-best 100 meters at the Central Invite (13.08)… letterwinner.

High School — two-time state champion, winning one title in 100-meter hurdles and one as part of shuttle hurdle relay… shuttle hurdle team also won two conference and one Drake Relays title… four-time qualifier for state meet and Drake Relays… set school and state record in 100-meter hurdles (14.3)… other best times are 12.5 in 100 meters and 26.3 in 200 meters… three-time team most valuable hurdler, earning team captain and overall most valuable runner honors as a senior… ran on cross country team that placed second at state meet once and track team that placed second at state meet three times… also played volleyball… coached by Tom Mittman, Terry Coleman, Elaine Rydze and Nathan Cooper.
