2023 — Indoor – first team All-American in heptathlon, placing fifth with a school record-setting 6,048 points at NCAA Championships… that total broke his own school record by 41 points… won pole vault as part of NCAA heptathlon, breaking a 30-year-old school record with his mark of 17-3 (5.26m)… also posted collegiate-best 46-4 (14.12m) in shot put as part of NCAA heptathlon… set then-school record in heptathlon with fourth-place finish (6,007 points) at Razorback Invite, earning B1G Field Athlete of the Week honors… won high jump (6-8 1/4, 2.04m), 60-meter hurdles (7.95) and pole vault (16-4 3/4, 5.00) and placed second in 60 meters (6.92) as part of Razorback Invite heptathlon… placed sixth in pole vault (16-10 3/4, 5.15m) and ninth in 60-meter hurdles with a collegiate-best 7.82 at B1G Championships… the hurdles mark ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… Outdoor – posted collegiate bests in 110-meter hurdles (14.45), 400 meters (48.26) and discus (130-3, 39.71m) at Mt. SAC Relays… Academic All-Big Ten.

2022 — Indoor – placed second in 60-meter hurdles (7.93) and competed in long jump (22-9, 6.93m) at Jimmy Grant Invite… Dean’s List student (Fall 2021)… Outdoor – did not compete… Academic All-Big Ten… USTFCCCA all-academic team member.

 

 

2021 — Indoor – placed 12th in heptathlon at NCAA Championships (4,813 points), earning second team All-America honors… Iowa’s first B1G heptathlon champion, setting a then-school record 5,749 points in the competition… won 60 meters (6.91) and 60-meter hurdles (8.12) as part of B1G heptathlon… did not place lower than fourth in any of the B1G heptathlon events… ran collegiate-best 60-meter hurdles (7.91) in B1G Championships prelims… Outdoor – placed third in decathlon with a collegiate-best 7,300 points at B1G Husker Invite… that total ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… posted collegiate-best 23-7 1/4 (7.19m) in long jump as part of B1G Husker Invite… placed 12th in decathlon at B1G Championships (6,770 points)… won pole vault as part of B1G decathlon with a team-leading and collegiate-best 16-4 3/4 (5.00m), which ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… ran collegiate-best 10.72 in 100 meters as part of B1G Championships decathlon… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Fall 2020, Spring 2021)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner.

2020 — Indoor – placed fourth in heptathlon at B1G Championships (5,613 points)… won 60-meter hurdles (7.94) and placed second in 60 meters (6.89) as part of B1G heptathlon… competed in heptathlon at Sevigne Husker Invite (4,714 points)… posted collegiate-best mark in high jump at Black & Gold Invite (6-4 3/4, 1.95m)… Academic All-Big Ten… USTFCCCA all-academic team member.

2019 — Indoor – placed fourth in heptathlon with a team-leading 5,279 points at Frank Sevigne Invite… placed eighth in heptathlon at B1G Championships (5,201 points)… Outdoor – posted a team-leading 7,129 points in decathlon at Bryan Clay Invite… posted collegiate bests in two events as part of Bryan Clay Invite decathlon, including pole vault (16-4 3/4, 5.00m), which ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… ran second leg on team-leading shuttle hurdle relay (1:01.14) and anchored team-leading 800-meter relay (1:28.29) at Florida Relays… those time rank fourth and ninth, respectively, all-time at Iowa… placed 10th in decathlon at B1G Championships (6,318 points)… posted collegiate-best javelin (155-11, 47.53m) at Baldy Castillo Invite… letterwinner.
