Bio
Parker Dilley is in his seventh year with the University of Iowa football program, serving as associate director of football video operations since 2021.
As part of his duties, Dilley works in all areas of video coverage of Hawkeye football, including production of coaching analysis videos, coordination of practice and game video coverage, maintaining student-athlete iPads for playbook and film review, breakdown of weekly opponent video and maintaining functionality of staff and position meeting rooms.
In addition, Dilley serves as a liaison between football staff and university IT department, aids recruiting staff with use of evaluation software, manages a full-time assistant video director and oversees full staff of 12 video students and works with football staff to develop electronic playbooks and acquire necessary video resources.
He previously held the position of assistant video director from 2018-21. Dilley served as assistant video coordinator for Maryland football in 2017.
Dilley earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa in 2016, with an emphasis in business studies and coursework including NCAA rules and regulations. Dilley earned Dean’s List recognition in multiple semesters.
Dilley is a native of Clive, Iowa. He and his wife, Taylor, have a daughter, Siobhan.
