2023 — Indoor – ran season bests in mile (4:16.55) and 3,000 meters (8:35.01) at at Larry Wieczorek Invite, and 1,000 meters at ISU Classic (2:30.14), while competing unattached… Outdoor – did not compete.
2022 — Cross Country – Iowa’s top finisher at Illini Open (15th-25:49.4-8,000 meters)… ran season-best 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (19:11.2)… letterwinner.
High School — three-time track state meet champion senior year, winning 800 meters, 3,200 meters, and as part of distance medley relay… posted state meet records in those events, and in 3,200 meters… named state meet co-MVP and Des Moines Register elite all-state honors, scoring 38 team points to help team to runner-up finish… placed second in 1,600 meters and fifth in 800 meters at state track meet… placed fourth at Class 2A state cross country meet as a junior and senior, helping team to a state runner-up finish sophomore year… set school records in 800 meters (1:55), 1600 meters (4:18), 3,200 meters (9:16), and as part of distance medley relay (3:31)… coached by Dale Vanderwilt and Andrew Hamer… four-year honor roll student and National Honor Society president.
