2007-08 — recorded eight top-five finishes… won 50 fly (23.73) vs. Western Illinois… posted season bests in the 50 free (22.41), 100 (47.83) free, 100 fly (50.10), 200 fly (1:52.99) and 200 IM (1:55.96)… letterwinner.

2006-07 — set collegiate bests in 200 IM (1:51.87) at Big Ten meet and 400 IM (4:16.15) vs. Louisville… led team in 200 IM (1:51.87) and swam on team-leading 200 free and 400 medley relays… the 400 medley relay (3:18.74) ranks ninth in school history… won 200 fly (1:55.83) at Michigan State… recorded 11 top-five finishes… letterwinner.

2005-06 — won 100 fly (51.99) and placed second in 200 fly (1:59.06) at Truman State… runner-up in 100 fly five times… recorded 17 top-five finishes… swam season bests in 100 (49.31) and 200 fly (1:52.21) at Big Ten Championships… letterwinner.

High School — four-time automatic all-American… 2004-05 Iowa Swimmer of the Year… state champion in 200 IM (1:53.95) and 100 fly (50.63) senior year, placing second in both events as a junior… eight-time first team all-conference, seven-time conference champion and five-time all-state… District Swimmer of the Year as a junior… set school records in 100 fly (49.79) and 200 IM (1:53.85), and as part of 200 medley relay (1:38.51)… swam in 100 fly (56.59) at 2004 Speedo Championship Sectionals… team captain senior year… attended New Trier High School in Winnetka, IL, as a freshman and sophomore… earned Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman… National Honor Society member… academic all-state and senior scholastic award winner… coaches were Judd Anderson and Mark Onstott… swam for Bettendorf Swim Club and was coached by Barry Neville.
