2023 — Indoor – posted season bests in 60-meter hurdles at Iowa Open (8.48), high jump at ISU Classic (6-2 1/4, 1.89m), pole vault (10-6, 3.20m) at Hawkeye Invite, and 200 meters (22.21), long jump (21-4 1/4, 6.51m) and shot put (34-6 3/4, 10.53m) Larry Wieczorek Invite while competing unattached.
High School — 10-time state track meet qualifier… five-time state track medalist in four different events (110-meter hurdles, high jump, shuttle hurdle relay, 400-meter relay)… helped tea, to fourth and seventh-place finishes at state track meet during his career… set school records in 110-meter hurdles (14.58), and as part of shuttle hurdle relay (59.7/13.5 split) and 400-meter relay (43.51)… coached by Bill Capaldo, Ben Zizis, Grant Rampton, Anthony Capaldo and Tim TeBrink… three-year all-district selection and second team all-state wide receiver in football… competed at the annual Shrine Bowl as a senior and was a Gold Honor Roll.
