2024 — Indoor – ran collegiate bests in 400 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic (47.64) and 600 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:18.86)… Outdoor – ran a season-best 1:53.82 in 800 meters at ISU Alumni Invite.
High School — all-conference and all-district Team MVP in 2023… team conference champion in 2023… earned four gold medals at the conference meet (sprint medley, 200-meters, 400-meters, 4×400 relay)… placed fourth at state in the sprint medley and 400-meters as a senior… fifth place in the 4×400 relay as a senior… Drake Relays champion in the 4×400 relay in 2022… fifth place finish at Drake in the 400-meters and 4×400 relay in 2023… also played four years of baseball, three years of basketball and one year of cross country… coached by Tyler Ketelsen and Kirk Ketelsen.
