2023 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – ran season-best 1,500 meters at Jim Duncan Invite (5:03.44), while competing unattached… letterwinner.
2022 — Cross Country – Iowa’s third finisher at Illini Open (29th-19:34.6-5,000 meters)… ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (15:58.1) and 6,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (23:18.8)… letterwinner.
High School — two-time elite all-state, four-time all-district and all-conference, and earned all-state honors as a freshman in cross country… helped team to two Class 4A state meet cross country titles, placing eighth as a sophomore, 11th as a freshman and junior, and 21st as a senior individually… 11-time state meet qualifier and 10-time Drake Relays qualifier in track… set school record as part of 3,200-meter relay (9:27.5) in Drake Relays runner-up finish… other best times were 2:21 in 800 meters, 4:42 in 1,500 meters, 10:17 in 3,000 meters and 18:29 in cross country 5,000 meters… four-year letterwinner in track and cross country… track and cross country coach was Pat Hennes… earned silver cord award for volunteering.
