Iowa basketball fans are invited to have dinner with Coach Steve Alford and Gary Dolphin tonight at Carlos O’Kelly’s Mexican Cafe on Gilbert Street in Iowa City.
Steve and Gary will gather for this week’s edition of “Hawk Talk with Steve Alford,” the weekly radio call-in show of Iowa’s head basketball coach. Heard on the Hawkeye Radio Network and the world wide web, Hawk Talk tips off at 7 p.m. and continues for 90 minutes.
Iowa is coming off a solid victory last night at Minnesota. The Hawkeyes return to action Saturday at 11 a.m. when they travel to Illinois. Alford’s squad will end a series of three road games in a row next week when the meet intrastate rival Iowa State in Ames.
