Friends and fans of the University of Iowa and the Iowa Hawkeyes in greater Chicaogland…the Hawkeyes are heading your way!
The 2004-05 Iowa men’s basketball team will complete its neutral site-neutral site series with the Red Raiders of Texas Tech on Tuesday, Dec. 21, in the United Center in Chicago.
Season, single-game and group tickets for the home games of the 2004-05 Iowa Hawkeyes are on sale now.
This year’s game between Coach Steve Alford’s squad and Bob Knight’s team is the back-end of a two-game series between the Big Ten and Big 12 conference teams. It is also the third meeting for Alford and Knight.
Texas Tech claimed a 65-59 victory last December before 14, 831 fans assembled in the American Airlines Center in Dallas. Iowa was led in scoring by guard Pierre Pierce, a product of nearby Westmont, Ill., who scored 18 points and Jeff Horner, who added 11 points and a team-high three steals.

Fans can purchase theirs online at hawkeyesports.com, by calling 1-800 IA-HAWKS, or in person at the UI Athletic Ticket Office in Carver-Hawkeye Arena or at the Iowa City/Coralville Convention and Visitors Bureau information desk inside Coral Ridge Mall.
