It’s a busy weekend on the University of Iowa campus – both in terms of athletic competition and work at historic Kinnick Stadium. In terms of the latter, the old press box came down in a swift two seconds at approximately 8:30 a.m. Work can now officially begin on the second phase of the multi-million doll renovation of Iowa’s prized football facility.
Video and photogrpahy of the demolition project will be added to hawkeyesports.com and kinnickrenovation.com during the weekend. In fact, some pictures are already available inside the photo gallery of the official world wide web site for the renovation.
It’s also a busy weekend inside Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media area of hawkeyesports.com , the official world wide web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
