Well, apparently they’ve noticed. A win over arguably one of the nation’s premiere college basketball programs for the past decade on national television will do that.

Victory after victory after victory, many against nationally ranked teams – the latest a 66-54 thumping of Michigan State in a rockin’ Carver-Hawkeye Arena – and others as visitors inside hostile Big Ten Conference arenas, have pushed Coach Steve Alford’s league-leading Iowa Hawkeyes well into the nation’s Top 25.
