What is your favorite “chick-flick” movie and why?
“This is a hard question because there for so many chick-flick movies that I love, but I would have to say my favorite one is Two Weeks Notice with Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant. It’s probably my favorite because I absolutely love Hugh Grant and I would marry him tomorrow.”
What is something people might not know about you?
“In high school I made it to state tennis three out of the four years, and placed fifth in doubles my freshman and seniors years. Also I was the first baby born in Black Hawk County in 1987.”
If you were deserted on an island, what three items would you want in your possession?
“Starbucks because of my daily addiction, My Uggs because they seem to go with everything, or at least I think they go with everything. Ha! The last thing I would need is a mosquito net to keep away all of the bugs!!”
What is something that you would never see yourself eating and why?
“I would probably never seeing myself eat squash. Lots of people in my family love it, but I can’t stand the smell of it.”
If you could have an all expenses paid trip anywhere, where would it be and why?
“I’d want to go somewhere where the beaches have nice white sand, and just lay around doing nothing. So I would want to go to Bora Bora, and stay in an over water bungalow. I was watching an episode of Americans Next Top Model and they were in Bora Bora, and it looked gorgeous!”
Is there any significance to your uniform number?
“There’s really no significance to my number. I’ve had this number since I was a freshman in high school. Growing up I always had No. 23 because I love Michael Jordan, but once I got to high school I had to change numbers because No. 23 didn’t fit me.”
Do you collect any thing?
“I wouldn’t say I collect anything. However, I am obessed with shoes, especially Nikes, and I am also becoming more obsessed with purses, thanks to my older sister.”
Who makes you laugh the most on the team and why?
“There are so many people on the team that make me laugh. Abby and Tiff always have funny stories to tell, but when I really want a good laugh I would have to say Niner (Lindsey Nyenhuis); because whenever she pulls out her microphone and fur coat I know I’ll end up on the floor laughing so hard.”
What is your favorite sitcom rerun to watch?
“It’s almost embarrassing to say this, but my favorite is The Nanny with Fran Drescher. Most people think her nasally voice is really annoying, but for some reason I think its hilarious, especially when she laughs!!”
