The University of Iowa women’s golf team is in seventh place in the Big Ten Championships after playing 36-holes Friday. The Hawkeyes carded a 603 (+27).
After two rounds, Amy Riepma leads the Hawkeyes, carding a six over par, 150, and is tied for 15th. Jill Marcum and Karla Murra are tied for 18th shooting 151 (+7). Tyrette Metzendorf shot a nine over par, 153 to be tied for 28th.
The Hawkeyes will play the next round of the Big Ten Championships on Indiana University Golf Course Saturday. The tournament is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
